An easy fast dinner: brown rice spaghetti, vegan butter (I use Earth Balance), nutritional yeast, salt and pepper with several large handfuls of a variety of Microgreens (sunflower, pea and broccoli in this case) stirred in at the last minute. This is a good example of how you can stir in Micros to just about any hot dish just before serving. If you don't know about nutritional yeast yet, get thee to Vita health and buy Bragg's brand of this flaky cheesy wonder and put it on everything. Nutritional Yeast is often enriched with vitamin B12 for those of you lacking in it!
